Welcome to the Ole Miss Phi Kappa Phi Chapter
Phi Kappa Phi was founded in 1897 by ten seniors at the University of Maine. The name Phi Kappa Phi comes from the initial letters of the Greek words which form our motto – “let the love of learning rule humanity.” The University of Mississippi chapter of Phi Kappa Phi was established in 1959, so the society has been serving this institution for more than 50 years. Honoring outstanding students is a long-held tradition at Ole Miss.
